Review for The Tainted View

First, let me say, I agree with the author on most points she makes in the book. Ms. Landers, gives very thought-provoking statements and scenarios that most would shy away from, but instead she has created a wonderful book about them.
This book is not for the weak at heart, you must be open-minded and ready for anything. If you go in with this attitude, it will be one of the best books you’ve ever read. Her theories on life, her poignant statements, are so true and so real.
The Tainted View would be a great discussion book, and one that, in my opinion, should be read by Letterman or Leno. So what’s in the book, you might ask?
EVERYTHING. Corporate America and the tyrants that run within, College Tuition and the struggles to pay it, Hemp - need I say more, frivolous lawsuits, and much, much more.
The author even warns that "I have concocted this book despite the negative feedback that may surface in time." But in my opinion, even negative feedback would be great feedback for her book, because she is pushing the edge, trying to make you think and see life a different way.
Kristina Landers is a 28 year old Assistant Manager in retail. Like many others, she is confined to a mind numbing job that is sucking the life out of her body and soul. She is rightfully taking a stand and giving a voice to all the average Joe's and Josephines. She does not wish to be famous, she just wishes to be heard. Most importantly, she has chosen to leave her own imprint because she worked hard to do so not because she "knows somebody in the business".
I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to open their mind about life. You will enjoy the book and enjoy Ms. Landers viewpoints.
